BBQ Ribs and Cauliflower
I BBQ’ed ribs tonight and fixed some fried cauliflower with it. Mmmmm. Very, very good. Haven’t had ribs in quite a while. In a few minutes, we’re going to head out to Chesterfield mall to pick up some photos I dropped off last night. This will be my second batch of digital prints and I’m anxious to see how they turn out. After that, Monica gets them to scrapbook.
Work has been hectic. The last few weeks, I’ve been trying to set up a technical meeting with engineers from a number of contractors and government agencies. Today, I finally started making progress, getting a hold of one of the key attendees to verify his availability. We’ve got the dates narrowed down to a 8 day period in mid-July, now I just need a specific day and a location. Sometimes it seems like the easiest tasks are the hardest to complete.
To top it off, I’ve felt very down today. There hasn’t been anything really wrong, but little stuff just seems to bug me more than usual. C’est la vie. Tomorrow will be a new day.

*Note: BBQing = Opening the defrosted, fully cooked and sauced ribs and throwing them on the grill to heat them up. But they were really good and the cauliflower was delicious, as always!
Note: Generally, that’s all BBQing really is.
