Charter Owes Me
We were supposed to have the cable company come out yesterday afternoon to switch us from satellite to cable. They called Thursday evening and confirmed that they’d be there between 1-5PM Friday. Sure, no problem. It was Monica’s birthday so taking an afternoon off of work didn’t seem like a bad idea.
So we make it home and get things ready for the installation rep to come. Time goes by, we don’t hear anything from them. By 4PM, we’re starting to wonder. 4:45 and I decide to call after we finish watching the latest episode of Reno 911. 4:57, we get a call: They don’t have any DVR boxes in stock and they need to reschedule. Don’t know when the boxes are coming in, can’t get service until they’re there. @#$&^#!!
I’m going to be having a long talk with Customer Service Monday.
